PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Accommodation with daily breakfast

• All prevailing government tax and service charge

• Return ferry tickets between Singapore-Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal-Singapore (Economy Class)

• 2 ways land transfers from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal to the Hotel via sit-in coach

• Land transfers from Hotel to race site via sit-in coach based on event schedule

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Early bird package fare must be booked by 31 July 2019.

• Any cancellation after the reservation is confirmed is subject to cancellation charges of minimum S$ 100.00.

• Neither party is liable for failure to perform in cases of "Force Majeure", except with respect to payment obligations, an administration fee is non-refundable for all confirmed bookings.

• Hotel check-in time is 15:00 hours (Bintan Time) and check-out time is 12:00 hours (Bintan Time).

• International Passport must be valid for at least 6 months prior to departure/arrival date in Bintan, Indonesia.

• All incidental charges will be on participants own personal account payable to the hotel directly upon check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation made 2 months prior to event date is subject to 50% cancellation charge of the total package cost.

• Cancellation made 1 month prior to event date is subject to 100% cancellation charge of the total package cost.

• For Early Bird Booking, Cancellation made after 31 July 2019, 100% cancellation charge of the total package cost.

AMENDMENT POLICY:

• NO amendment is allowed 14 days prior to the event.

• Any changes to the accommodation 30 days prior to the event is subject to $30 fee per amendment.

• For ferry booking, no amendment/cancellation is allowed 30 days prior to the event. Bookings will be forfeited and no refund will be given. Changes will be considered as a new booking and a regular flat rate will apply.

• Any amendment is subject to seats & additional charge applies.
