  1. Fully vaccinated, and show proof of vaccination recognized by the Singapore Authorities.

  2. Negative pre-departure PCR test or Professionally administered ART (exemption for children aged two years and below in the calendar year), within 2 days before departing for Singapore at an internationally accredited or recognized laboratory, clinic, or medical facility ( ).

  3. For staying guests in Bintan Resorts, please return the BluePass Token and collect the deposit back (SGD 20.00 – Twenty Dollars) at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal– No deposit will be returned if the BluePass is lost or damaged.

  4. Do on-arrival supervised ART at Quick Test Centre or Combined Test Centre within 24 hours of arrival. Travelers must self-isolate until they receive a negative COVID-19 ART result.

  5. All travelers must submit SG Arrival Card health and travel history declaration up to 3 days before arriving in Singapore.

  6. All travelers entering Singapore must comply with the prevailing health protocols in Singapore.

  7. Fully vaccinated Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), Long Term Pass Holders (LTPH) except work permit holders, and unvaccinated children aged 12 years and below accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult do not need to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP).

  8. Short term visitors and work permit holders must apply for a VTP and entry visa if required. VTP is valid only for 14 days from selected date of entry.




Short Term Visitors & Work Permit Holders

  1. Apply between 3 – 60 calendar days before the intended date of entry.

  2. Use the Trace Together app in Singapore to facilitate contact tracing.

Short Term Visitors only

  1. Purchase travel insurance, with a minimum coverage of SGD $30,000 for COVID-19 related medical treatment prior to travel.

  2. Present a return ferry ticket corresponding to the duration of their hotel stay.

  3. Show proof of hotel booking confirmation and payment for the duration of their stay in Singapore from the approved list (
