Indonesia Launches All Indonesia e-Arrival Card for Travelers to Bintan

The Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia has introduced the All Indonesia e-Arrival Card, a new digital entry system that will be mandatory for all travelers starting 1 October 2025, including those arriving at Bintan Island’s International Ferry Terminal.

This online card combines immigration, customs, and health declarations into a single process, providing a faster and more convenient experience for international visitors.

The e-Arrival Card was first introduced on 1 September 2025 at major airports such as Soekarno-Hatta (Jakarta), Ngurah Rai (Bali), and Juanda (Surabaya), along with six international seaports. From October, it will be required at all Indonesian entry points, including Bintan.

What Travelers Need to Know

• The e-Arrival Card is not a visa. A Visa on Arrival (VOA) or e-Visa must still be obtained separately.

• Travelers must complete the online form within 72 hours before arrival in Indonesia.

• The application is free of charge and takes about 2–3 minutes.

  
  

Visitors can access the form at https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/ or download the All Indonesia app on the App Store or Google Play. Once completed, a QR code will be sent by email, which must be shown at immigration and customs checkpoints.
